Fairly clean affordable hotel with very very nice staff. Climate control, multi-channel television and a refrigerator in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Location - marvellous, near to the mall or nearby places and the airport and north terminal bus station. Also, right on the beach.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The value for money was unbeatable, with reasonable prices and even breakfast included. The room, although lacking a window, was well-kept and tidy, with a comfortable bed for a restful sleep. The location was convenient, close to the airport, malls, and a convenience store just a short taxi ride away.

Got a nice size and newly renovated room with a good view and TV, as example - always come in handy. Besides, the location was favourable for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of a 4th shopping mall.

The restaurant was pretty good with the view of the car garage here, I had delicious dishes. Great location, a bus station was close to the hotel. It was 1 km from Jollibee, offering quick-service food.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the cabinets which provided ample storage space. The hot showers worked perfectly and the toilets were clean. The front desk staff, especially Jane, were extremely courteous and welcoming. They made our check-in and check-out process quick and smooth. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to taxis and jeepneys. We also appreciated the security measures in place. The restaurant served delicious food with a good variety of options. The hotel's Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. we had a pleasant experience at Leope Hotel.

On arrival, we encountered some issues with the shower leaking and spraying water all over the bathroom. We had to rely on the smaller hand-held tap for our bathing needs.

Really enjoyed my very nice stay as compared to my first visit. The location was central, close to the public areas, and buses and a 7 eleven, and there were a main street and a cinema close to the venue. Mandaue district was worth visiting.

Their staff were incompetent.

The breakfast for resonable prices was served in the restaurant. I really enjoyed the room with tv. Everything was excellent, even so a few employees were very rude. The location was particularly good very close to northern bus terminal for onwards transportation to Malapascua Island, close to a bus stop. Lucky that it was relatively near Jollibee, offering food to go.
